  Player suspension consist games scheduled for season any holiday or canceled, rain out, games changed, do not count as a suspension.(1-10-10) passed

   League Teams must pay any fines or bail before they can register any new players(Updated Jan, 1st 2010).

   Lost league I.D. Cards to issue new card will cost $25.00 per player or to replace and old Id card.

  All Cup I.D. Cards: $10.00 each player/General Season All league I.D. Cards: $10.00 per Players once your team sur passes 20 players! (no exceptions)

   Players Transfer: 1.) if team falls apart, 2.) sits on bench more 3 games while not playing a game, 3.) is fired or release from the team. To leave you must meet  these requirements just because you don't like the team is not option; and must return uniform complete to ex-team before you leave, a cost of $100.00 per player. Each case is individual one and upon review of each player accordance to the league rules. Only league player's registered.

   Optional player medical insurance $38.00 per player for one year 1-1-10 to 12-31-10 .(note no refund on medical insurance for the year!)

   To appeal a Decision you have 7days of the match or game. Must be typed or hand written and only details of the incident by the  player or coach.(e-mail report is acceptable by the league)No cussing in the reports! no exceptions

   Once you sign the registration form you are registered with that team,uniform must be returned to ex team before leaving and turn in the old Id card.(no exceptions!) All league Id Cards expire on 12-31-10 and the league will issue new cards for 2011!(See Player's transfer above for requirements!)

   Uniforms: Each player must turn in their whole uniform, shirt, shorts, socks, before leaving the team.(with the exception

 if they paid for the uniform) and to transfer shirt-short-socks must be turned in.> Passed 1-1-2010

   To all team Coaches or Managers: Team uniforms must consist of similar Shirts-shorts-socks of same color in order to play

   in the game. If not the player will not play in the game> Passed 1-1-2010

   Reminder to all Teams no one is allowed to enter field of Play(to proke

   Rival team): Including , Player's, Coaches, fans, or crossing the field to

   insight violence or fight with rivals/harsh penalties and fines,

   probation will be imposed on the player's or Coach's or the team.

    Due to high tempertures 3 minute water break in first half players must not leave

    field of play the coach or assistant will bring water to sidelines the 3 minutes will be

    add to toward play in the second half the water break 3 minutes will not be added.

   You are also put on probation for remainder of the year /for violent acts,fighting,official threats,biting,Abusive-language, unsportsmanlike Conduct,false information,abusive gestures at rival, spitting,Alcohol related,taunting,using foreign objects to cause bodily harm.

 Intermilan F.C. also put on probation 1 year 10--04-09 to 10-4-10. 

 Cruz Azul-Liv  Was sancioned by the league with loss of their game for entering the field of play  to

 fight with rival team and probation for 1 year 10-4-09 to 10-4-10. If any further incidents by the

 team Cruz Azul will fined $500.00 and Bail $500.00 by the league and the team will lose privilege

 of playing home for the remainder of Gold Cup Season.
